We had the pleasure of hosting the esteemed managers of Viennalife Insurance Company, and the presentation delivered by our distinguished Human Resources and Recruitment Group Manager, Ms. Başak Sevinç, was excellent. The seminar was highly productive and enjoyable, with contributions from Ms. Deniz Yağar, Human Resources and Recruitment Manager, and Ms. Funda Apak, Human Resources and Recruitment Director.

Although the seminar was held online, it was decided that the next session will be conducted in person and will be practice-oriented. During this upcoming session, the managers visiting our department will conduct a recruitment interview with a volunteer from among our fourth-year students who are in the position of recent graduates, while our other students will have the opportunity to observe the process.

The seminar provided valuable insights on key topics such as what to pay attention to during in-person and online interviews, appropriate attire for interviews, time management, and communication methods. Additionally, tips were shared on how to optimize LinkedIn profiles and how to communicate effectively with managers through the platform.
