We were honored to host senior representatives from the Human Resources Department of ViennaLife Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. at our department. Ms. Başak Sevinç (Recruitment Group Manager), Ms. Deniz Yağar (Recruitment Manager), and Ms. Funda Apak (Recruitment Division Manager) visited our faculty to share their professional expertise and industry insights with our students.

As part of the visit, Ms. Başak Sevinç conducted a live recruitment simulation, providing a hands-on learning opportunity. She performed a one-on-one mock interview with Azize Sultan Oğuz, one of our senior students. Following the session, Ms. Sevinç engaged the audience by asking, "Would you hire this candidate? Why?" This interactive approach allowed our students to evaluate the interview from a professional recruiter's perspective and reinforced their understanding of the process.

The event, which also saw participation from first-year students of the Energy Management Department, was met with great interest and appreciation.
