The Trakya Career Fair, hosted this year by Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, brought university students together with prominent representatives of the business world. Our department actively participated in the event, represented by senior students Merve Özsoy and Melisa Çelik. With a high turnout from public institutions, private sector firms, and various organizations, the fair provided students with significant experiences for their career planning.

As the Health Management Department of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, we attended the fair on May 8th, seizing the opportunity for one-on-one meetings with industry representatives. Through discussions with human resources experts and institutional officials, our students gained valuable insights into current developments in the healthcare sector, internship possibilities, and future career paths. Additionally, a productive meeting was held with the Provincial Director of İŞKUR Çanakkale, Mr. Mehmet Uğur Yavuz, focusing on students' career goals and professional motivation.

The seminars, talks, and workshops held throughout the fair contributed to the students' professional growth while offering an essential environment for networking. Our students had the chance to listen to the experiences of experts in their fields and receive valuable advice regarding professional life.

Standing out as a highly efficient organization that illuminates the career journeys of university students, the Trakya Career Fair provided participants with significant gains in both personal and professional development.
