Directives Sent to 81 Provincial Governorships by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to Prevent Student Victimization

"...Within the scope of meeting the housing demands of university students for the 2026–2027 academic year and in order to prevent student victimization, carrying out the provincial preparatory work, maximizing capacity, and tracking the relevant coordination processes; alongside this:

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Ministry of Finance's Communiqué on the Operation of Public Social Facilities, taking the necessary measures to utilize public guesthouses and university dormitories at full capacity, and reserving private dormitories, pensions, guesthouses, and hosting facilities for waitlisted students to be accommodated starting from September 14, 2026, where necessary.

I kindly request your attention and action regarding the application of the Ministry's standard dormitory fees.
