In accordance with higher education regulations, the compulsory English language course (YDİ1001 and YDİ1002) for all first-year undergraduate programs will be conducted by the School of Foreign Languages through an asynchronous learning model.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, a one‑page poster guide has been prepared to facilitate student access to the course, Microsoft Teams registration, exemption examination, and orientation procedures. The guide includes the exemption exam date, orientation meeting details, exemption practice test, student handbook, Microsoft Teams team codes by department, and links to the registration manual. Students may access all relevant course materials by scanning the QR code provided on the poster or by following the embedded links.

• The orientation meeting will be held on 18 September 2026 at 17:00 via Microsoft Teams.

• The exemption examination will take place on 25 September 2026 between 15:00 and 15:30 in the designated classrooms of the relevant academic units.
